Life Coaching focuses on an individual's personal life matters including their physical health, emotional wellbeing, career, relationships, spirituality, finances, mental health and toleration* elimination. Work with the coach helps clients make the shift from where they are now to where they wish to be.

*A toleration is coaching language that refers to something that people put up with and probably have done so for a long time. While it may not be anything major it saps personal energy reducing some of that sense of well-being. A coaching conversation can highlight some of these tolerations and help people discover and work around ways to eliminate this draining aspect of life.
